1.1 Is it possible to self-collect the ordered items?

No, it is not possible to pick up the goods on the spot. We are a pure shipping company. We therefore request you to order your desired articles by means of a shipping option directly at our online shop. Many Thanks!

1.2 What happens if I am not at home when my package arrives?

For tracking your package, you will receive a tracking number from us.

With this number, you can always track the current status of your package.

Our shipping partner tries to deliver the package 2 x to your delivery address. If he does not meet the recipient twice in a row, you will receive an agreement in which depot you can pick up the package.

We do not collect the parcel from the depot it will be returned to us within 3 working days. In the case of a reversal, the full postage costs for shipping as well as the postage costs for 100% restitution are charged to the customer.

 
1.3 Can the BlackTac service team support me in choosing my products?

1.4 Do you offer a discount for big orders?

We always make every effort to offer our products as cheaply as possible and calculate our prices very fair.

Therefore, discounting is not possible regardless of the order volume.

 
1.5 A purchased item is defective, what can I do?

Please contact us by telephone or e-mail after a possible defect has been identified and describe the problem in detail.

Our team of technicians can quickly identify the problem and whether the article has to be sent to us so that the damage can be remedied.

Under no circumstances should you undertake a repair attempt on your own initiative as this will invalidate the guarantee.

 
1.6 What is included in the purchase?

Unless otherwise stated, you will receive a 24-month guarantee on all material and production defects. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and expires upon transfer / sale.

We guarantee that the items purchased by you are free from material and production defects during the entire warranty period.

If, contrary to expectations, the product exhibits such a fault during the warranty period, this product is immediately repaired or the product replaced free of charge by an equivalent product.

In special cases (for example, a non-stock item), the purchase price can also be refunded. The warranty does not cover any damage or malfunctions resulting from improper handling, maintenance or unauthorized repair of the product.

 
1.7 Why do I need proof of age for my order?

Black Tac e-Shop basically sells old-fashioned articles (mainly from the category AirSoftArms) due to the legal regulation, exclusively to persons of full age.

Before we can send the articles marked in the text with proof of age, we therefore require a corresponding proof of age (copy driving license, passport or ID card) in advance (this is only necessary for initial orders). It clearly indicates that the customer has reached a minimum age of 18 years. We kindly ask you to send this to our office@blacktac.eu, if possible prior to ordering.

Your proof of age is only required by us for a one-time confirmation of your age. All customer data are subject to data protection and are not passed on.

We reserve the right to check the correctness and to refuse a delivery in case of insufficient conditions. Without sending the proof of age or insufficient age of 18 years, we may only send tactical equipment (vest, glasses, backpack, etc.).

 
1.8 Is my credit card or PayPal payment automatically accepted as age confirmation?

Unfortunately, no. As a confirmation of age in the sense of the trade authority and the legal requirements we ask you to send us a copy of a valid passport (driving license, ID card, passport).

 

1.9 What is the delivery time after the order has been placed?

In principle, only articles can be ordered, which are stored in our warehouse in the central warehouse, i. In the shopping cart.

The order will be dispatched within 24 hours (valid only on working days = Monday to Friday) from our shipping team.

As soon as your package has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a tracking number for dispatch tracking by email after dispatch.

The transport period is two to three working days to all places in Austria. For Germany the transport time is one to two working days. All other EU countries must schedule a period of three to five working days.
